The rules of the International Womens Tournament TXIMIST CUP / El reglamento por el que se rige la TXIMIST CUP
1. Tournament´s rules - Reglamento del torneo
At the TXIMIST CUP International Women´s Football Tournament, high-level professional clubs are invited to participate for their work for the growth and development of world women's football.
The tournament will be played in accordance with FIFA and SPANISH FOOTBALL FEDERATION rules (F.E.F.). These rules are in reference to the matches played in 11-a-side.
El Torneo Femenino Internacional TXIMIST CUP invita a participar a clubes profesionales de alto nivel por su labor en pro del
crecimiento y desarrollo del fútbol femenino mundial.
El torneo se jugará de acuerdo con las normas de la FIFA y de la FEDERACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE FÚTBOL (F.E.F.). Estas reglas se refieren a los partidos jugados en Fútbol 11.
2. Competition system - Sistema de competición
The participating teams will be divided into groups of 4 or 5 teams that will play each other in a single round-robin league.
Scoring of the matches
Match won: 3 points.
Match drawn: 1 point.
Match lost: 0 points.
Duration of matches
2 x 20 min
Duration of breaks
5 min on the pitch, not in the changing rooms.
3. Qualifying standards - Criterios de clasificación
1st round (League)
In the event of a tie on points in the final classification between two or more teams, the classification criteria to be followed to resolve the tie will be as follows:
1º- Particular Golaverage: Results of the matches played between the tied teams.
2º- Overall points average. Difference of goals for and against, taking into account all the league matches (*).
3º- Higher number of goals scored in favour, taking into account all league matches.
(*) In case of a triple tie, the goals scored and received by the teams not involved will not be taken into account.
Final Phase
The matches of the Final Phase that end in a draw will be decided directly by 3 penalty kicks according to FIFA rules (the players who were playing at the end of the match will participate). There will be no extra time.
1ª Fase (Liga)
En caso de empate a puntos en la clasificación final entre dos o más equipos, los criterios de clasificación que se seguirán para resolver el empate serán los siguientes:
1º- Golaverage particular: Resultado de los encuentros disputados entre los equipos empatados.
2º- Golaverage general. Diferencia de goles a favor y en contra, teniendo en cuenta todos los partidos de liga (*)
3º- Mayor número de goles a favor marcados teniendo en cuenta todos los partidos de liga.
(*) En caso de triple empate no se tendrán en cuenta los goles marcados y recibidos con los equipos no implicados.
Fase Final
Los partidos de la Fase Final que finalicen con empate se decidirán directamente por el lanzamiento de 3 penalties según las normas de la FIFA (Participarán las jugadoras que estaban jugando al terminar el encuentro). No habrá prórroga.
4. Number of Players and Substitutes - Número de jugadoras y sustituciones
11 a-side Football
11 against 11.
Substitutions can be rotatives, which means that a player can get back in the field after being substituted. The substitutions must be made in three times maximum per team apart from in the halftime, and the moment when the opposing team asks for its substitutions can also be used. In any situation, a team can have an extra moment for an additional substitution, for the fact of for example, of having an injured player if the three substitution times have been already used. All the substitutions must be made from the centre of the field, requesting authorization to the referee and when the game is stopped.
Fútbol 11
11 contra 11. Se permitirán las sustituciones de forma rotativa, es decir, una jugadora sustituida podrá volver a entrar al terreno de juego. Las sustituciones deberán realizarse en un máximo de tres ocasiones por equipo, además de en el descanso, pudiendo utilizar en su beneficio el momento en el que el equipo contrario solicite permiso para realizar sus cambios. En ningún caso, un equipo podrá tener un momento de cambio adicional, por el hecho por ejemplo de sufrir una lesión de una de sus jugadoras una vez agotados sus tres momentos de cambio. Todas las sustituciones se deben realizar desde el centro del campo, pidiendo autorización a la árbitra y cuando el juego esté detenido.
5. Clothing - Equipaciones
All shirts will be numbered and must correspond to the ones in players' list. Numbers must be on the back of the shirts. In case of similarity of t-shirts, visitor players should change their shirt. (The visitor team is the one appearing last in the program). The colours of the teams can be checked on the website. If the coincidence of colours persisted, the organisation will give bibs of a different colour. The visitor team should wear the bibs.
Todas las camisetas estarán provistas de números y estos deberán coincidir con el acta entregada a la organización. Los números deberán colocarse en la espalda. En caso de coincidir los uniformes, el equipo visitante (2º en el enunciado del partido), deberá cambiar de camiseta. Se podrá consultar en la web el color de las equipaciones de los equipos. Si persistiera la coincidencia de colores, la organización facilitará petos de un color diferente, que deberá vestir el equipo visitante.
6. Football fields - Terrenos de juego
There are artificial turf fields and natural grass ones. It is forbidden to play with aluminium shoes at artificial turf fields, shoes have to be of rubber.
Hay campos de hierba artificial y hierba natural. En los campos de hierba artificial está prohibido jugar con tacos de aluminio, las botas han de ser de taco de goma.
7. Punctuality - Puntualidad
Match timetables will be strictly respected. Teams must be ready 15 min before the kick-off of the game. If this does not happen and the organisation understood that there is no reason that justifies that failure to appear, the game may be declared lost to the offending team by 3 – 0. The decision will be always taken by the Competition Comitee.
5 minutes before the beginning of each game, both teams will be ready at the field access tunnel to enter behind the referee of the game. Once the referee makes a signal,
the teams will enter in two lines after him and before chosing the side of the field they will do two lines looking to the stands and they will do a sports greeting.
Los horarios se llevarán con estricta rigurosidad. Los equipos deben estar preparados 15 minutos antes del comienzo del partido. Si no fuera así y la organización entendiera que no hay una causa que justificará dicha incomparecencia, el partido podrá darse por perdido al equipo infractor por un resultado de 3 – 0. La decisión siempre recaerá sobre el Comité de Competición.
5 minutos antes del comienzo de cada partido, los dos equipos estarán preparados en el túnel de acceso al campo para salir desfilando junto a la árbitra del partido. A la
señal, saldrán en dos filas detrás de ésta y antes de realizar el sorteo de campo se harán dos filas mirando a la grada y se hará un saludo deportivo.
8. Suspensions - Sanciones
Any player sent off with a direct red card will be suspended for one or more matches or sent off for the rest of the competition (depending on the seriousness of the suspension). Any player accumulating 3 warnings (yellow cards) during the tournament will be suspended for the next match. The cards will be accumulated throughout the whole tournament and will not be cleared for the next round of the tournament.
11-a-side
If a team had 6 players or less, the match would be abandoned and the result will be decided by the committee of competition of the tournament.
Cualquier jugadora expulsado con tarjeta roja directa será suspendida por uno o más partidos o expulsada por el resto de la competición (dependiendo de la gravedad de la suspensión). Cualquier jugadora que acumule 3 advertencias (tarjetas amarillas) durante el torneo será suspendida para el próximo partido. Las tarjetas se acumularán a lo largo de todo el torneo y no se borrarán para la siguiente ronda.
Fútbol 11
Si un equipo tuviera 6 jugadoras o menos, el partido se abandonaría y el resultado lo decidiría el comité de competición del torneo.
9. Referees - Árbitras
All tournament matches will be leaded by official women referees. The referee and the staff will be the highest authority in the field and both will be able to stop or suspend the match if they detect any non-sportive attitude in one or both teams or wrong behaviour or attitude in the public that may interfere in the correct development of the game and of the tournament. Not only the final result of the game, but also the disciplinary resolution of the facts will be a task of the Competition Committee.
Todos los partidos del Torneo serán dirigidos por árbitras federadas. La árbitra, sus asistentes y la organización serán la máxima autoridad en el terreno de juego. Tendrán la potestad de detener o suspender un partido en caso de ver actitudes antideportivas en uno o los dos equipos, o comportamientos inadecuados en el público que puedan interferir en el buen desarrollo del partido y del torneo. Tanto el resultado final del encuentro, como la resolución disciplinaria de los hechos será labor del Comité de Competición.
10. Competition committee - Comité de competición
The competition committee is an independent establishment to the Sport Direction of the Tournament. They discuss about all the important things happened during the day, adopting the necessary disciplinary decisions. All the decisions will be published on the website of the Tournament. The most serious or urgent penalties may be announced to the responsible of the concerned teams by the Sports Direction of the Tournament. The decisions cannot be appealed, all participants must accept them.
El Comité de competición es un estamento independiente a la Dirección Deportiva del Torneo. Este Comité analizará todas las incidencias de cada jornada, adoptando las decisiones disciplinarias correspondientes. Todas las sanciones serán publicadas en la web del Torneo. Las sanciones más graves o más urgentes podrán ser comunicadas a las personas responsables de los equipos afectados por parte de la Dirección Deportiva del Torneo. Todas las decisiones del Comité de Competición son inapelables y todas las participantes deberán respetar estas decisiones sin excepción.
11. Playing program - Programa de juego
The organising committee hast the right to change the groups, times and fields. This information will be given to all the team delegates. All these changes will be on the website and this will be the official way the organization will use to inform the teams.
El Comité Organizador se reserva el derecho de hacer cambios en el programa de partidos, tanto en lo que se refiere a la división de grupos, como horarios y campos de juego. La información de los cambios se notificará al responsable del equipo. Todas las modificaciones serán colgadas en Internet y esta será la forma oficial en las que realice la organización dichas modificaciones.
12. Balls - Balones
All matches of 11-a-side are played using size 5 balls.
The organisation won't leave balls for trainings before the matches, so each team must bring their own balls for their warm-up exercises.
Todos los partidos de Fútbol 11 se jugarán con balones tamaño 5.
La organización no dejará balones para los calentamientos previos al partido, por lo tanto, cada equipo deberá traer balones para la realización de los ejercicios de calentamiento.
