The village of Hondarribia is located on the Basque coast and is situated on the border with France. It is full of perfectly manicured houses with colorful wooden balconies. The architectural features reflect a kind of mixture between Spanish and the French Basque Country characteristics and make it of particular interest. DONOSTIA - SAN SEBASTIÁN (BASQUE COUNTRY, SPAIN)

San Sebastián (también llamada Donostia en Euskera) es una ciudad cosmopolita, de tamaño mediano (en torno a los 180.000 habitantes), abierta al mar, y muy renombrada por su belleza y atractivo estético. Cómoda para vivir y para estudiar. Situada en la costa del mar Cantábrico, a 20 kilómetros de la frontera francesa, goza de un clima suave. La Bahía de la Concha y su playa constituyen un paraje natural inigualable. En medio de la bahía está la isla de Santa Clara y a sus extremos se sitúan dos montes desde los cuales se puede observar toda la ciudad: el monte Urgull y el monte Igueldo.
